I help women get strong in the gym, learn to lift weights and lose weight without FAD diets or hours upon hours of cardio.

Over the past 6 years I have worked with 100s of women on strength training & nutrition via 1:1 sessions in person and online, group coaching, seminars and bootcamp classes. My goal is to provide the most efficient road map to the clients goals while being realistic, finding fun along the way and adjusting/changing course when needed. I believe in falling in love with the process and enjoying the journey of getting better every day. Progress>Perfection.
