Online Programs

Kickstart with Kendra [FueledXStrong Nutrition Coaching Curriculum]

Online 1:1 Coaching – Month to Month

“The whole enchilada!” This program is the full coaching package including nutrition, training, and lifestyle. Program is delivered through an easy to use online platform (TrueCoach)

  • Initial Phone Call – Get to know each other, your goals, your exercise, nutrition and health history, etc
  • Custom training program (gym or home) and custom nutrition guidance (building strong nutritional habits, custom macros/calorie goals (if applicable), grocery and food lists, tips and tricks, personalized to your specific goals)
  • Weekly Check-ins via messaging or email. 2 Phone calls per month. Form analysis on all lifts in strength training program

$350/month – 2 phone check ins per month (plus email/text)

3-month commitment on all training packages

In-Person Personal Training – Month to Month (Hillsboro/Beaverton Area)

  • Initial Meet and Greet or Phone Call – Get to know each other, your goals, your exercise, nutrition and health history, etc
  • One-on-One Personal Training or Semi-Private Group Training
  • Custom Nutrition Program – building strong nutritional habits, custom macros/calorie goals (if applicable), grocery and food lists, tips and tricks, personalized to your specific goals
  • Custom Workout Program – Solo workouts to complete on own time in addition to our sessions

1:1 In-Person Training (60 minute sessions)

Max Capacity. Please contact me if you are seeking 1:1.

Semi-Private Training (Groups of 2-4 people, 60 minute sessions)

2x/Week – 8 sessions each month – $480/month (includes everything as above, customized for each individual)

3-month commitment on all training packages
